My face of the day!

So i did my makeup properly for once today, i was seeing the new edition to our family (my cousins girlfriend finally gave birth, 2 weeks overdue, was induced on thursday & had to have a c-section this morning (saturday) shes a trooper!) & i want little megan to see me looking pretty! ha ha! so i thought i'd take some pics & put my FOTD on my blog so here goes!!









Its a very simple look nothing special or technical - so here's what i used!

Eyes -

Mac Rubenesque paint pot as my base
Mac Vanilla Pigment
Elizabeth Arden liquid liner black
No7 lash 360 mascara
eyeko brown eyeshadow for eyebrows

Mac 208 for brows
Fingers for paintpot application
Mac 213 for pigment
Smashbox angled liner brush for liner

Face -

Smashbox photofinish primer
Bobbi brown moisture rich foundation in warm sand
Bobbi brown corrector concealer in light bisque
Stila perfecting concealer - dont know the shade, its rubbed off!
Lily Lolo Flawless matte powder to set

Mac 168 for foundation
Mac 138 for setting
Fingers for concealer

Cheeks -

No7 Natural blush in soft apricot
Clinique true bronze pressed powder in sunkissed

Mac 187 for blush
Elf kabuki brush for bronze

Lips -

Palmers cocoa butter moisturising lip balm
Stila perfecting concealer as above
No7 Liplicious gloss in marshmallow


I officially wear too much makeup! its quite scary when u see it written down in full! ah well!
