E.L.F. Studio Show & Tell & Initial Thoughts

Hey Ladies,

So as you know i was rather excited about elf studio being launched in the uk & they did it early when i was at work! The cheek!! I had visions of sell outs going through my head but thankfully they weren't! Any way that night i had a nice shop & here's what i got!

The Mini Eyelash Curlers

When they say mini they mean mini! they're so tiny!!!

Initial impressions
Tricky to use as they're quite stiff but they could loosen up & i dont quite know whether i like them yet or not.

Powder Brush

Initial Impressions
I love this brush already, really soft & so dense. love love love

Eye Blending Brush (regular collection)

May i just say this looks nothing like the picture on the website, the website one looks like a Mac 224 & this isnt remotely like it! Sort it out elf.

Initial Impressions
Really soft & probably wont be the best for blending but i bought it for a concealer brush so it will be fine for that!

Eyebrow Treat & Tame

Initial Impressions
Love it!! Obviously the treat side result of the product cant be seen for a while but the tame bit is great, i got the light one & it is still quite dark so just be aware of that.

Blush & Bronze

Initial Impressions
This is much darker in person than the website suggests & does the thing that most elf powders do in that lots of product comes away when you swipe it with a brush! quite annoying!!

Complexion Perfection

Initial Impression
A little bit pointless to be honest, the only purpose it served was to remove all colour from my face so not my favorite product and it also does the typical elf powder as mentioned above!!

So there you go, if you want any detailed reviews just let me know!! Thanks for reading & i hope this was useful!!

  1. Interesting...I really liked the look of the mini eyelash curlers, and wanted to try the blending brush ages ago too! I need a concealer brush though so for £1.50 I'm guessing it'll be a FAR cheaper alternative than a MAC 224!
